This changelog implements a lot of change into the SMP. We recently switched to Purpur from Paper for better optimizations. Read below! 

SMP

• Iron Ingots can now repair anvil
• Elytra damage speed decreased to 0.3
• Snowballs can now extinguish fire, campfires and candles
• Spawners is now togglable via Redstone
• Color signs are allowed
• Minecart speed increased to 1.6 from 0.4
• Powered Cart’s speed increased to 0.10 from 0.09
• Kick if idle disabled
• Changed barrel rows to 5 instead of 3
• Allowed tinted to have impact with beacons
• Chest now open-able with solid blocks on top
• Powered Rail can now be activated within 15 blocks
• Shulker Box can now allow oversized stacks
• Can now repair items with your own exp if you have mending
  • Shift and right click to use this 
• Totems works anywhere in your inventory, not just in your offhand
• Baby zombie’s speed movement reduced to 0.3; default 0.4
• Shield Blocking delay set to 2 instead of 5
• Ender Dragon will always place dragon eggs
• Steak is superior over Golden Carrot
• Added the ability to upgrde to Netherite tools and armors without requiring a template
• Added the ability to upgrade tools
  • You can now upgrade from wood to stone, stone to iron, iron to diamonds, etc. Ingots, Cobblestone, Diamonds required via smithing table!
• Piglin barterning now have Netherite templates
• You can now smelt glass through the blast furance
• Replaced Modern Homes with Husk Homes 
  • In additional, you can now have public homes. Show off your hard work for everyone, give away chests, whatever it is. 
  •  If you lost your homes from the previous plugin, ping me and I will give you the list of coordinates for whatever you lost.
